Robin Smalley, Project Manager, is passionate about facilitating and empowering others to succeed and thrive. She considers it a privilege to serve clients and consultants at The FOCUS Group in their strategic planning, fundraising, and campaign endeavors.
Her previous work experience includes serving as a kindergarten and first grade lead teacher. This foundational role, combined with numerous leadership roles in various ministries, has equipped her with strong organization and management skills.
Robin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Millersville University, and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University. Though a native of the Philadelphia area, Robin has also lived in Austin, Texas, and is thrilled to now call St. Augustine, Florida her home where she enjoys living the “salt life” with her husband and three school-age children.
