Brenda Sandoval, Project Assistant, is dedicated to serving at The FOCUS Group, fueled by her passion for creating positive change. Throughout her career, she has honed her abilities to streamline processes, anticipate challenges, and drive team performance, which was key in her role as both Team Lead and Interim Operations Manager with her previous employer, Prialto. With a focus on building meaningful relationships and fostering collaboration, Brenda thrives on working closely with teams to achieve shared goals.
Brenda earned her Bachelor’s in International Business and Bachelor’s in History from the University of the Ozarks in Arkansas. Committed to continuous growth, she earned a Master’s in International Business and Strategic Management from a business school in Spain. She loves traveling and learning about the cultures of the places she visits. Currently residing in Guatemala, Brenda actively engages with various faith-based organizations dedicated to serving children in rural communities across the country.
