March 2026 Updates
Next Steps – Strategy / Stage Renaming & method updates: The Next Steps has a new method called the “Express” method which allows next steps to be planned and a tag added to the record alone. This does not require as many clicks but also does not provide the reports and historical data as the “Advanced” method. See the updated Next Steps document on this help site for details.
An important reality of this change is that the “Strategy” field no longer exists as it did formerly. We encourage users to utilize the attributes if that data is valuable for you to track.
New Campaign Prospects: When creating a new campaign, it is now possible to pull in all prospects with a single click.
Filter Multiple Attributes: Previously, the filter tool only allowed one attribute to be selected.
Prospect Export: The prospect export now includes all the fields for a prospect.
Campaign Export: The campaign export now includes the notes field for each prospect.
Prior Updates
Copy a Campaign: If you already have a campaign and would like to make a copy. When you choose the “Add Campaign” function, you can populate it with the prospects from one of your other campaigns.
ACS Export: The ACS, Annotated Core Strategy, is a feature designed for capital campaigns but could be used for any. It allows an export to be used for internal planning and communication of next steps with prospect. This feature requires the use of Next Steps, and the priority field should contain the phase that the prospect will be engaged in.
