The Symposium is invite-only and designed for development professionals and non-profit leaders who integrate faith into their fundraising approach. Each year, we welcome senior ministry leaders for a gathering built to bless, equip, and encourage.
For a decade, this Symposium has gathered leaders like you to be strengthened for the work of serving. This year, we’re marking that milestone by celebrating the impact happening across our community—through the stories of the ministries represented in this room, the lives changed by the work you lead, and the kingdom impact made possible when generous, faithful people show up for one another.
The Symposium schedule includes a mix of keynotes, breakout sessions, and connection opportunities designed to keep your day engaging and productive while providing a manageable pace with time for rest.

Yes! Most main stage speakers will be recorded and made available after the event. You can check out last year’s recordings at thefocusgroup.com/symposium.
The Symposium is a business casual event. We recommend dressing comfortably and bringing a light sweater or jacket, as meeting rooms can sometimes feel cool.
Dinner Tuesday through Breakfast Thursday will be provided. During registration you can RSVP for specific meals. Additional details, including the meal schedule, will be sent to attendees by email before the event.
The Symposium will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Augustine Beach Oceanfront Resort. You are welcome to stay at the host hotel or choose another nearby accommodation.
Yes, valet parking is available at the Embassy Suites. For current parking information and directions, visit the hotel’s location page.
We want to make sure you have a great experience at the Symposium. Information about sharing dietary restrictions or accessibility needs will be provided during registration.
Cost to attend the symposium is $495 per person. Price includes meals beginning Tuesday dinner through Thursday breakfast.
You are welcome to extend your stay at the Embassy Suite and still get the group rate. For assistance, please contact Kendy Horsley at khorsley@thefocusgroup.com.
You are welcome to bring your spouse to this event. There will be a small incremental fee if they are attending meals. They are also welcome to sit in for our main stage speakers.
We do not provide transportation from any airport. Rental cars, Uber and Lyft are available.
