Associate Consultant

John-Mark Walker, Associate Consultant, is an organizational leader with over 12 years of experience advancing mission-driven strategy within Cru, a global nonprofit. He has led initiatives spanning campus movement expansion, leadership development, and organizational design.

Most recently, he served as Chief of Staff for the Oneness in Diversity department, partnering with executive leadership to integrate cross-cultural leadership development into core systems and practices. His work has focused on strengthening leadership effectiveness, aligning organizational culture, and equipping teams to navigate complexity across diverse contexts.

John-Mark brings a strategic and relational approach to fund development, helping leaders build trust with donors, clarify their vision, and align internal culture with sustainable fundraising practices.

He holds an MBA from Longwood University and lives in Richmond, Virginia, with his wife, Meg, and their four children. Outside of work, he enjoys lifting weights, listening to a wide range of audiobooks, and building LEGO creations with his kids.
