Clay brings over 25 years of experience in fund development and leadership, most recently serving as VP of Advancement at Redeemer City to City. Previously, he held leadership roles with Cru in New York City, China, and the Southeast U.S. He also spent several years as a financial advisor, working with multi-generational, high-net-worth families to help steward values and resources across generations.

Clay holds a BS in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Alabama, a Master’s in Biblical Studies from Reformed Theological Seminary, and the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation. Clay and his wife, Lyn, live in Atlanta and have adult twin daughters.

In his free time, Clay enjoys traveling with Lyn, attending concerts with his daughters, and almost any outdoor activity, whether it’s hiking,camping, golf, or pickleball.
