Sienna Lee is a global HR manager with 18 years of Human Resources experience in all functions of HR — recruitment, performance management, people development, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Over the course of her career, she has worked across three countries — Hong Kong, Korea, and the US — supporting diverse organizations including Hyundai, Samsung, AIG, JP Morgan Chase, and Cigna through periods of business expansion, process improvement, and people development.

Throughout her career, what has energized her most has been the people side of the work: building strong partnerships and relationships, and helping both people and organizations grow.

Sienna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development Psychology from Cornell University and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and visiting galleries and museums, with a particular interest in art, interior design, and architecture.
