Jeremy is passionate about connecting people to meaningful missions and building pathways for community impact. As a Consultant with The FOCUS Group, he helps organizations strengthen donor relationships and deepen community engagement.

Jeremy also serves as Executive Director of NW Furniture Bank, where he has held multiple leadership roles since 2013, including Director of Development. His professional experience spans nonprofit leadership, international development in Costa Rica, and eight years in the financial services sector, giving him a unique cross-sector perspective on fundraising and organizational growth.

Jeremy earned a degree in Speech Communication from Washington State University and lives in Gig Harbor, Washington, with his wife of 28 years. They enjoy chasing their grown children around the world and their dog around the yard.
