Zach Gurick, Senior Consultant, brings extensive fundraising and executive coaching expertise to The FOCUS Group. He learned about the firm’s Taking Donors Seriously® framework while serving with Young Life for 15 years, where he oversaw 20 staff and worked with major donors to fund new projects. Recent campaigns Zach has led or co-led include Dallas Theological Seminary ($200M), Covenant College ($33M), Lakeland Christian School ($28M), The Coalition for Christian Outreach ($17.5M), and Hoving Home ($12M).
Outside of work, Zach enjoys training for and competing in triathlons and running events. He recently completed his first Ironman. Zach, his wife Blair and three children live in Naples, Florida and enjoy being out in their boat. You can also find Zack coaching cross country, track, baseball, flag football, golf, and soccer. He continues to be actively involved with the local Young Life area in Southwest Florida.
