Jan brings 30 years of experience leading mission-driven advancement strategy across international humanitarian, healthcare, and community organizations. Her expertise spans major gifts, capital campaigns, and annual giving, with a relational approach focused on building deep donor partnerships and mobilizing support for organizations serving vulnerable communities.

Most recently, Jan served as Interim Head of Relational Fundraising for OM (Operation Mobilization), leading the major gifts team. Her career also includes major gift strategy for Habitat for Humanity International, directing the multi-million-dollar capital campaign for AdventHealth Tampa’s $326 million surgical tower, and nearly 15 years of YMCA advancement leadership as Chief Development Officer in Tampa and Vice President of Capital Development in Middle Tennessee. Overall, she has led or advised on 10 capital campaigns.

Jan holds a Master of Nonprofit Management from Regis University and a B.S. in Communications from Liberty University. She is also a graduate of Leadership Tampa. Outside of work, Jan is an avid walker, commercial actor and spokesperson, and devoted IU, Pacers, and Colts fan.
